This course was immensely helpful for better understanding the types of supports and tasks I can implement to propel my MLL forward with their language acquisition. I love that I am walking away with ideas for all four language domains. It was time well spent and an overall great experience. Thank you for the class!

It was hard to relate at first since I taught math and science and the material seems to focus more on teaching ELLs in and ELD class. It really forced me to think about how I teach and learn new strategies so I still appreciate the class.

I enjoyed reading the text that paired with the course. It was easy to comprehend, current and practical for my teaching position. I also valued the instructor's timely and constructive feedback. It was my hope that I could learn things this summer to prepare and use with my English Language Learners during the school year so am happy to take away new strategies, perspectives, and understanding.
