I loved the content of this grammar course. I was able to move through the material at my own pace, and I loved that it was mainly reading a text and writing responses and lesson plans rather than watching videos. I feel prepared and inspired to use what I have learned in my own classroom right away when school starts next week, and I especially appreciate my instructor's detailed and encouraging comments about my work. Thank you for a wonderful learning experience!

Every teacher who needs to teach grammar and mechanics in their classrooms should take this course. This class, and the main text, reminded me that teaching should be fun, and that our students can inspire us to make things more exciting, more contextualized, and more dynamic if we just let them. I appreciated the instructor's timely response to my assignments, the chance to learn from educators around the country, and the opportunity to use some of the lessons in my summer class. I highly recommend this course!

This is one of the most valuable professional development classes I have taken. I have always desired better ways to use a writer's notebook and this class answered many of my questions. Also, as someone who likes to be in control of my students' grammar, this course has given me tools to put students in charge of their own editing. This is helping me let go of some of my red pen marking issues. I appreciate that!

The text for this course provides a significant amount of ready to use lessons and an appendix full of supplemental materials. I've already suggested it to co-workers.
