The course was extremely valuable and insightful for me. I have been teaching for 19 years and found the research articles exciting and supportive towards my philosophy of teaching. I shared my activities and articles with my kindergarten peers that will help our teaching as a grade level improve. Giving students activities that tie to a theme helped create better understanding and interest. The activities allowed students to work together and share ideas and expertise. I enjoyed the course very much! I spent a lot of time reading and taking notes and found the research very helpful. Thank you!
