I feel more prepared in properly managing my time when I return to teaching next year (I took this course for licensure renewal). Brian Davis was a wonderful professor; he was incredibly helpful, gave extensive and timely feedback, and just overall always available and willing to assist! This was a really great class. The syllabus included many interesting books, blogs, and videos. I was only familiar with two speakers, and all of the others were new to me. It was a breath of fresh air to read about new ways of organizing, thinking, and planning. I have many new tips and ideas to try to manage my teaching load, and also help me be more organized at home. Also, I have some new books on my "books to read" list! ...One helpful hint, if you take this class: keep a log of your thoughts along the way for the final assignment, which is submitting a log of your thoughts about your class readings and videos!
