Career Lab: Explore, Connect, Launch! equips teachers with practical career development strategies that directly support student college and career readiness. Participants explore career interests, strengths, and pathways using structured reflection from What Color Is Your Parachute? Job-Hunter's Workbook, and What Color Is Your Parachute? For Teens, while examining how these same tools can be applied with students. Teachers will develop ATS-ready resumes, conduct informational interviews, and analyze real-world workforce expectations to better understand postsecondary and employment pathways. Throughout the course, participants explicitly translate their learning into classroom-ready strategies, including career exploration activities, goal-setting tools, and guidance practices aligned to student success. By the end of the course, participants will create a career readiness teaching portfolio and a set of adaptable instructional approaches designed to help students make informed decisions about education, training, and future careers.

NOTE: Required book must be acquired separately.
