It has been an incredible journey recording over a thousand lessons during class and then uploading them to YouTube.  I firmly believe in posting as many resources online as possible.  This way students will have all they might need, outside of the classroom, to become even more successful in my math classes.  During this process, I have also found these same resources it to be extremely useful to use in class.  Especially when I am gone and there is a substitute teacher.  My passion is to see more teachers join the journey.
