Mr. Westland designed this class so that a student could learn the skills to use GIMP and other programs. It was a fabulous learning experience and I was happy that I had the opportunity to take it.

This was a great course that will come in handy for a long time. Not only will I be able to use Gimp myself to edit photos, I will be able to use it with my students since it is an open source program. I have learned many useful skills that will stick with me! I really cannot say enough good things about the professor. The course was very well organized with lots of resources including videos of the professor teaching the lesson. He was extremely prompt with answering questions. He would even make and send videos to explain an answer to your question or give feedback which I found way more helpful than email or moodle responses. He was also very prompt with grading. I think the work level was appropriate and had a lot of room for individual choice. I would highly recommend anything he teaches.
