This course was fantastic. I thought that I had self taught myself a decent amount of Tinkercad, but I found that there was so much more. Module 5: Modeling Assignments was my favorite part of the course, and I felt like I learned so much about the platform in that module. Before taking this course, I never would have felt confident enough to design the train that I did, but when I got to that assignment, I was able to build it without any problems because of the scaffolding that Eric has built into the course. I feel so much more empowered and confident to teach with this application moving forward.

I absolutely loved this class. I am definitely not good with designing, however this class definitely allowed me to practice basic skills. Eric was very good with explaining steps, providing resources and answering any questions. He was also very personable with his students. After completion of this course I feel like I have a better understanding of Tinkercad and can more easily move throughout the site and assist students with their designs. I would encourage anyone who is interested in Tinkercad to take this course.

In this course, you will be fully immersed as a student but never lose sight of the fact that you are a teacher. You will learn how to use Tinkercad far beyond beginner level for yourself and you will make intentional plans to use in your classroom. The instructional videos, instructor explanations and flexible assignments are engaging, applicable and enjoyable.

I really enjoyed my time in this course. I’ve learned a lot about Tinkercad that I didn’t know before, and have frequently been using several of these tips, tricks, and tools with students. Eric is a wonderful instructor who was always prompt with grading and feedback. He was also quick to respond if I ever had a question or needed help with something. I appreciated the tutorial videos he included with the modules; I’m a visual learner, so they truly added to my learning experience.

This was very insightful and informational even though I've been using Tinkercad for the last eight years and this course was very beneficial. I enjoyed the different projects and liked the freedom to work on things of interest to me at times as well, while learning and applying concepts from this class.
