I have no complaints! I loved the array of learning tasks, and Dr. Carden was accessible by e-mail if I ever needed. I really did learn so much and loved being able to work at my own pace. This course is special to me because it represents a 23-year-gap between the last time I took a course and the present. I no longer feel intimidated to continue my education thanks to my positive experience. Paulette was also so incredibly helpful! I am excited to take future courses.

Dr. Carden's course was a great way to cover material that I was mostly unfamiliar with. I enjoyed the viewing, reading, and writing. My high school world history students will now benefit in turn.

The course History of Mexico gave me insight into the people of Mexico. It was informative and the coursework allowed me to explore different facets of the country including its history, politics, and what the cities look like today.

By taking this course, I was able to fill in some of the gaps in my understanding of the history of Mexico. For example, I have taught about the Mexican fight for independence and the Mexican Revolution, but what happened in between? Now I have a clearer understanding!
