Become introduced to strategies for instructing students in Common Core State Standards Reading Lessons. Through this online course, you will become familiar with designing lessons by differentiating instruction, using complex literature and informational text, and creating a curriculum map and lesson plans. You will gain knowledge about the development of the CCSS, what the standards can accomplish and key shifts in transitioning to the CCSS. At the completion of this course, you will gain practical strategies to use in your classroom.
