This course is designed for sports coaches and physical educators who are seeking a thorough understanding of how best to structure effective training programs for their students. You will learn to evaluate endurance fitness, set goals for improvement, and design programs to meet those goals. The course is standards-based as identified by SHAPE America National Standards for Sports Coaches. The course will provide the tools to create training programs and workouts that will pay off in competition.
