This K-12 online methods course is designed for Christian School educators, Sunday School Teachers and those interested in exploring the various sources concerning the Old Testament Tabernacle. The Old Testament Tabernacle was an icon of sorts for the children of Israel. This was a place that God met with them. They brought their sacrifices to the Tabernacle for their sins. There were all kinds of sacrifices that could be offered, depending on the wealth of the family presenting the sacrifice. The Tabernacle is also referred to in the New Testament a number of times. The Tabernacle is referred to in fifty chapters of the Bible. Students are required to complete and evaluate a series of lectures to help them communicate the value of the Tabernacle in the eyes of God for themselves and for their classroom students. All of these activities can be completed in your classroom. Resources are made available for students to apply to activities for use in the classroom. Students will develop a deep understanding of the history, structure and real-world applications of the subject.
