Excelling in any sport requires the athlete to achieve and maintain high level conditioning without overtraining. This course will explore how to add new training methods into the athlete's current program. The best aerobic, anaerobic, strength, power, speed, endurance, agility, balance, and flexibility exercises for many sports will be illustrated and fully explained. This will assist the participant in creating new and improved sport programs. The course will benefit coaches and fitness enthusiasts by assisting them in developing personalized training programs to target areas for improvement. This course is beneficial for teachers and coaches of elementary, junior, and senior high school students.
